[ARCHIVED] Emergency Order & Regulation Issued in Response to Hurricane Matthew

The Director of Insurance for the State of South Carolina has issued Emergency Order No. 2016-EO-001 ordering persons licensed or authorized to transact the business of insurance in SC to comply with the requirements of Emergency Regulation 69-78, which has been issued in response to Hurricane Matthew.
