[ARCHIVED] ACA Filing Timeline for PY 2019 and Guidance for Student Health Plans

The SCDOI has published a memo to issuers to set filing timelines for certain ACA-related health and dental insurance plan/ policy years beginning in 2019 and to provide guidance to student health insurance issuers.
