How will I will be affected by an approved insurance premium rate filing?
Any insured or party affected by a proposed insurance premium rate filing may request a hearing before the Administrative Law Judge Division by forwarding a request to the Notice of Filing Coordinator at our department. A copy of the request for a hearing, along with a $70.00 filing fee, must also be sent to the South Carolina Administrative Law Judge Division, Post Office Box 11667, Columbia, SC 29211-1167.
